Mr. Dian Gomes is a prominent Sri Lankan corporate leader and sports administrator, known for his role in transforming Hela Clothing into a global apparel brand. A strong advocate for leadership and empowerment, he also serves in key national and international sports bodies.

Mr. Ariyasheela Wickramanayake

Mr. Ariyaseela Wickramanayake is a pioneering Sri Lankan entrepreneur and Chairman of Pelwatte Dairy Industries. Founder of Master Divers and the Mawbima Lanka Foundation, he is a passionate advocate for national self-reliance and has significantly contributed to local industry and agriculture.

His work emphasises ethical leadership, mindful decision-making, and balancing profit with purpose, inspiring entrepreneurs to build enterprises that create both economic and societal value.

Dr. Prasad Mahindarathne

Dr. Prasad Mahindrarathne is a Sri Lankan academic and senior lecturer at Uva Wellassa University’s Faculty of Animal Science & Export Agriculture. He holds a Ph.D. and an MBA, and specialises in agribusiness management, particularly in organic agriculture, agricultural supply chain, ICT in farming, and farmers’ information-seeking behaviour. Dr. Mahindarathne’s research explores how Sri Lankan farmers access and utilise modern information sources to enhance agribusiness efficiency and innovation.

Prof. Anura Kumara

Prof. Anura Kumara is a Professor of Business Economics at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and served as Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (2014–2020). A founding member of the Department of Business Economics, he earned his Ph.D. from Sheffield Hallam University, an M.Sc. in Operational Research (University of Moratuwa), and a B.A. in Economics (Special) from USJ. His work focuses on economics, management, and national development

Dr. Basil Rohana Marasinghe

Dr. Basil Rohana Marasinghe is the Head of the Department of Medical Education at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He has served as the former Director of the Staff Development Centre and the Centre for Quality Assurance, leading initiatives that enhanced academic standards and institutional quality. A respected academic and researcher, his contributions span medical education, educational leadership, and quality assurance in higher education.

Dr. Premasiri Gamage

Dr. Premasiri Gamage is a distinguished Sri Lankan management consultant and trainer specializing in rural entrepreneurship, microfinance, and MSME development. He holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, an MBA, a B.Com. (Special), an M.A., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. With over three decades of experience, he has served as Executive Director of the Small Scale Enterprise Promotion Foundation, chaired multiple development agencies, and designed training programs across Sri Lanka

Dr. Kamal Gunawardene

Dr. Kamal Gunawardane, MBBS, MD is a Consultant in Family and Preventive Medicine with extensive international experience in Sri Lanka, Canada, the USA, and the Marshall Islands. He holds an MD from the University of Hawaii and an MBBS from the University of Peradeniya. A seasoned physician leader, he specializes in emotional health, comprehensive family care, preventive health, cancer care, palliative care, and cross-cultural medicine, with a strong focus on underserved communities.

Prof. Athula Gnanapala

Prof. Athula Gnanapala is a distinguished Professor of Tourism Management and Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. He earned his Ph.D. in Tourism Management from Xiamen University, China (2011), following an M.Sc. in Management (University of Sri Jayewardenepura, 2003) and a B.Sc. in Tourism Management (Sabaragamuwa University, 1997). A prolific author and academic leader, he also serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the South Asian Journal of Tourism and Hospitality

Dr. Shanthakumar Sithambaram

Dr. Shanthakumar Sithambaram holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic and Materials Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and is Director of Quality and Technical Services at GLEECO Labs, USA. He specializes in quality, product innovation and development, and scale-up of dietary supplements and OTC products. With extensive industry leadership, multiple U.S. patents, and numerous publications, he has made significant contributions to catalysis, materials chemistry, and advanced manufacturing processes.

Mr. Pathum Wanasundera

Mr. Pathum Wanasundera is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over a decade of global industry experience, having worked with top organisations worldwide. He holds an M.Sc. in Cyber Security from the University of West London and a B.Sc. in Computers, Networking, and Communication Technology from Coventry University, UK. His expertise spans cyber risk management, network security, and advanced threat mitigation, with a strong record of safeguarding complex digital infrastructures.
